Evaluation - Understanding audiences, measuring our impacts

More and more we are asked to measure the impact of our science communication activities: informal learning programmes, exhibitions, open days, festivals… and training courses! With the word evaluation a various set of methodologies are indicated, which do not aspire to become academic works but settle to be useful tools for a better understanding of what we are doing. They are crucial to help us to reflect on our actions so as to engage in a process of continuous learning and improving. The course presents basic approaches and methodologies to evaluate and provides a guide to further deepen this knowledge after the end of the course.
