Donato Ramani is a biologist by training. As a journalist, he has worked for several Italian magazines. He is now part of the staff of the SISSA communication office. He teaches journalistic writing at the Master in Science Communication "Franco Prattico", he is Adjunct Professor at the University of Trieste, and works as a trainer in the field of science communication for several institutions.
